  • Clients are responsible for paying invoices in full within the agreed timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details and requirements.
  • Maintain timely communication for project execution.
  • Use communication channels (phone, SMS, email, portal) responsibly and not for abuse, spam, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Subcontractors

  • You Strong Limited may engage qualified subcontractors to perform certain aspects of a project.
  • Subcontractors are carefully selected and required to follow all contractual, safety, and confidentiality standards.
  • Clients agree that subcontracted work performed under You Strong Limited management is considered part of the overall service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

You Strong Limited strives for accuracy and reliability in all services. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for project delays caused by third parties, subcontractors, force majeure, or client’s failure to provide accurate/timely information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States (California) and Canada, depending on the client’s jurisdiction.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
